Does Casiola have any procedures in place to keep my expenses low and home safe during COVID-19?
Yes, we do! On a bi-weekly basis, team members will be performing a safety inspection on each home to be sure they are secure and that nothing unnecessary is left on.
The safety inspection checklist:
- AC’s are working properly
- All thermostats are set to 78 degrees (anything lower has the potential to cause mold and mildew)
- Pool heaters are turned off
- All windows and exterior doors are secure and locked
- No leaks are present
