Who is the Owner Relations team and how can they help me?
At Casiola, we understand that living hundreds to thousands of miles away from your vacation home makes it difficult to handle every aspect involved with taking care of it. That’s why we have two highly experienced Owner Relations managers to be your eyes and ears.
Erica and Gabi both have extensive backgrounds within the vacation home industry and their experience has provided them with the ability to look after your vacation home in the best way possible.

Erica – Owner Relations Manager
Hi! I’m Erica and welcome to the Casiola family!
I joined the Casiola team in January 2016 and have over 9 years of experience in the vacation home industry. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various positions. I started off as a vacation home cleaner back in 2009. I was later promoted to a property inspector position and from there I was promoted to a design coordinator position which gave me the skills to decorate and furnish a vacation home in a way that would attract guests and maximize the owners return.
Each opportunity has provided me the skills to set a vacation home up for success and I love working with owners and helping them get the most out of their investment!
Gabi – Owner Relations Manager
Hello, my name is Gabriela, but you can call me Gabi. I moved from Brazil to Florida in 2007, have been living in Orlando since then. I’m passionate, driven and have more than 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Worked in the past for a recognized nationwide resort, working my way from customer service to marketing and sales position. Joined the Casiola’s family about a year ago and bought my previous experience to help Erica with the mission of offering a 5-star experience to owners and take care of their properties and investments.
My favorite thing about working with Casiola and being part of the owner relations department is how the team is genuinely interested in taking care of all the aspects of a property and guest experiences. Personally, I strive to be an expert in every job I do and to learn the most I can. I truly enjoy making connections and my position at Casiola surprisingly turned many owners into friends. I would like to say that I am here for you, to help you with all your needs!
