What happens if I don’t pay my balance “Due From Owner” on time?
In preparation for a couple of tough months ahead with little or no rental income, we have to safeguard other owners’ and our own business’ funds. That is why we have to strictly enforce this policy moving forward. If you fail to pay your balance by the due date (10 days after statement date), we have no choice other than to cancel any utility accounts until we have received your payment. This may result in reconnection fees, late fees, administration costs or even damages to your home.
